WDL scripts syntax check

- `-i` Enter the file path of the WDL script that needs to be checked for syntax
- Output error reason and error line number address

$popgen validate-wdl -i path/to/WDL_script
```

## validate-fasta

- `-i` Enter the reference genome fasta file path
- Rename the reference genome file and reduce the number of scaffolds
